Each GrowKit comes with a grow bag with air filters and 2 handy paper clips. On average, you can make three flights with one GrowKit , with the first often offering the largest yield. For the 2100 cc variant you can count on approximately 800 grams of mushrooms.
The shelf life of the GrowKit is approximately 6 months when kept refrigerated. The shelf life outside of refrigeration is limited, so make sure you store your kit in a suitable location.

Simply follow our GrowKit instructions to grow your own mushrooms:
- Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the outside of the GrowKit with a dry cloth. Save the lid for step 2.
- Fill the GrowKit to the brim with lukewarm water (20°C), replace the lid and let the GrowKit soak for 5 minutes. Important: never soak for longer than 1 hour.
- Remove the lid from the GrowKit and drain the water well. Let the GrowKit drain for 10 seconds.
- Place the GrowKit in the supplied growth bag and add 200 to 250 ml of lukewarm water (20°C). Close the bag with the supplied paper clips.
- Make sure that the GrowKit is in a room with a temperature between 20-25 degrees Celsius, out of direct sun, away from lamps and heating sources. Keep the bag closed until the pinheads form. The CO2 content and humidity must be optimal at this time.
- As soon as the first pinheads are visible, ventilate the grow bag daily and moisten the GrowKit with a plant sprayer.
- Harvest the mushrooms before the membranes under the cap begin to loosen. Gently twist the stem to remove them and make room for new growth.
- Congratulations! Your harvest is complete. Follow steps 4 through 7 again to create a new crop.
